Products Return

If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, you can return the product. In this case we would like to know the reason for the return, for your best service in a future purchase. The product must be returned within 5 working days in the form you received it as well as its packaging.. With the receipt of the product, we will take immediate care of its replacement or change with some else equal value. In this case, the cost of returning the products to the company as well as the cost of returning to the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Products Repairs

Should a repair occur, a minimum charge of 3 € is charged, shipping costs to and from the company are borne by the customer. If a replacement is required you will be charged accordingly.
